Instructions for use

1. First, press the manual button on the right side to open the upper cover lock, add the separated substances into the centrifuge tubes, and insert them into the centrifuge head holes respectively. The quality of the substances added to each centrifuge tube needs to be equal. Close the cover and turn on the power. Turn on the power switch (side of the instrument). 

2. Press the "Settings" key to make the display of the rotor number flash, and then press the ▲▼ keys to select the appropriate rotor number. If the rotation speed under the rotor number corresponds to the centrifugal head, you can directly press the "OK" button, and then press the "Start" button to start.

3. If there is no suitable corresponding rotor number, you need to adjust the speed and time in the rotor number, you can press the "Setting" button again to make the speed display flash, and press the ▲▼ button to select the desired speed.

4. Press the "Setting" button again to make the time display flash, and press the ▲▼ button to select the desired working time. Press the "OK" button, and then press the "Start" button, and the centrifuge will start to work. When the running time is over, the machine stops automatically, or you can press the stop button to pause during the working process, and the upper cover can only be opened after hearing the prompt beep.

  5. If the countdown is less than one minute, the time is counted in seconds.

Safety Instructions

At present, the centrifuges commonly used in the laboratory rotate at a fast speed, and attention must be paid to safety, especially to prevent the centrifuge from falling off the test bench due to imbalance or aging of the test tube pad during the operation of the centrifuge, or Because the cover was not covered, after the centrifuge tube was broken due to vibration, the debris rotated and flew out, causing an accident.

1. The body should always be in a horizontal position. Check whether the rotor is installed firmly before starting the machine.

2 The sample should be pre-balanced, and the centrifuge and the sample should be balanced at the same time when centrifuging with a centrifuge. Otherwise, it will cause the motor current to be unstable, burn out the motor or bend the motor shaft and cause danger (the buyer will bear the cost in this case)

3 It is strictly forbidden for various liquids or other sundries to enter the inner cavity of the centrifuge. Otherwise the host will be damaged.

4. The shell of the instrument should be properly grounded to avoid accidents caused by the influence of moisture on the whole machine.

5. When the centrifuge is running, please do not open the upper cover at will, it will stop automatically when the cover is opened.

6. It will automatically alarm when an error occurs when the selection is approved. Remind you to turn off the power switch and restart the settings.

7 Do not use aged, deformed or cracked centrifuge tubes.

8 After the separation is completed, close the centrifuge first. After the centrifuge stops rotating, open the cover and take out the sample. Do not use external force to force it to stop.

9 If abnormal phenomena are found during the centrifugation process, the power should be turned off immediately and reported to the relevant technical personnel for inspection.

10. The centrifuge should be used on a solid horizontal workbench or flat ground.

maintenance and maintenance

1. Do not place any objects on the centrifuge cover. After each use, be sure to clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotor, and cover the centrifuge cover to prevent dust and dirt from entering.

2. If the centrifuge is not used for a long time, the centrifuge cover should be opened for a period of time to dry the inner cavity.
