Electrophoresis film defects (defects) and their prevention

Due to the uniqueness of the electrophoretic coating method, although the defects of the coating film produced are the same as those of the general paint film, the etiology and prevention methods are different, and some disadvantages are unique to the electrophoretic coating. The names, phenomena, causes and prevention methods of common electrophoretic coating defects (14 types) are listed in Table 7-1-2, and the inspection points when electrophoretic coating defects occur are listed in the table.
