Electrophoretic coating technology originated in the automotive industry. It is a new type of body primer method (including new electrophoretic coating, electrophoretic coating process, coating equipment and its matching accessories). It is the mainstream coating method of today's automobile body primer process.

The "primer process" of the car body (that is, the process of surface treatment and primer before painting) is the basis for anti-corrosion and high-quality painting of the car body, and is a key process that directly affects the service life of the car body. The goals of the "startup process" are:

① 100% of the body surface (including the inner cavity and weld surface) can be well treated and primed.

② The primer should have excellent corrosion resistance (meet product design requirements), strong adhesion to the substrate, and excellent compatibility with intermediate paint and topcoat

③ The primer has good mechanical properties, is smooth and does not need to be polished, and creates a good foundation for the top coat.

④The coating can be automated, safe and environmentally friendly.

⑤ High material utilization rate, good economy, high efficiency, high cost performance

Conductivity measurement method

1. Determine the steps

① Preheat and debug the instrument according to the instruction manual of the conductivity meter.

② Keep the temperature of the solution to be tested consistent with the temperature displayed by the conductivity meter (generally 25°C, with a control error of ±0.5°C).

③Insert the platinum black electrode into the solution to be tested and read the reading on the display.

④ Preparation of the solution to be tested

2. Results and Presentation

The measurement results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of three measurements.

3. Precautions for testing

① During the measurement process, the platinum black electrode is easily contaminated, which affects the measurement accuracy and should be replaced frequently.

②The calibration temperature of the instrument should be consistent with the test temperature of the solution to be tested.
