The thermal shock Test Chamber, also known as the temperature shock Test Chamber, is used to quickly change the temperature and detect the performance change of the material for sudden high-low temperature changes, so as to identify the environmental resistance of the material. The thermal shock Test Chamber is mainly used to evaluate and determine the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, automotive electrical appliances, materials and other products after impact changes in the temperature environment, and to conduct high-low temperature tests. In order to achieve the "shock" effect, the thermal shock Test Chamber needs to be equipped with high-tech equipment different from ordinary Temperature Test Chambers
The core of the rapid temperature conversion of the two-box thermal shock Test Chamber is the basket device in the Test Chamber, also known as the basket thermal shock Test Chamber. The test room is an integral combination structure, which consists of an upper high temperature test room, a lower low temperature test room, a rear refrigeration unit cabinet, and an electrical control cabinet (system) on the left rear panel.
The Three-Chamber thermal shock Test Chamber is divided into three parts: high temperature zone, low temperature zone and test zone. Using the unique heat-breaking heat storage and cold storage effect, the hot and cold air path switching method is used to introduce the test object to conduct the cold and heat shock test.
1. The two-Cabinet-type has only cold storage area and heat storage area; the three-Cabinet-type has cold storage area, heat storage area and test area.
2. The switching time of the two-Cabinet-type is 10s, and the stabilization time is 3 minutes; the switching and stabilization time of the three-Cabinet-type is 5 minutes.
3. The switching time of the two-Cabinet-type is 10s, and the stabilization time is 3 minutes; the switching and stabilization time of the three-Cabinet-type is 5 minutes.
