Correct operation steps of liquid density meter [video demonstration]

Abstract: 液体密度计依据阿基米得浮力法和水中置换法等原理，能够快速读取各种液体的密度并支持多次连续测试。操作步骤包括将不锈钢挂钩挂在测量台上，清零数据后，将待测液体置于测量台上，挂钩挂入液体中并待数值稳定。之后，按记忆键获取样品密度值，如需打印数据，则按打印键。测量杯易于清洗，适用于石油燃料、化工溶液等密度测量。详细操作可参见视频演示。

 Compliant with GB/T11540, GB/T611-2006 and T5009 standards, the liquid density meter based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method and water displacement method can quickly read the liquid density concentration for any solution, and it can also realize multiple consecutive rapid tests. The measuring cup is easy to clean, not limited by the small diameter of the pycnometer, and can be used repeatedly. Disposable measuring cups are also available. Suitable for density measurement of petroleum fuels, corrosive liquids, chemical solutions, etc.

Steps

  • Hang the matching stainless steel hook on the measuring table, and press the reset key to reset the data.

  • Place the liquid to be tested on the measuring platform, pick up the hook to catch the glass weight, and hang it in the liquid.

  • After the value is stable, press the memory key, and the screen will directly display the density value of the sample.

  • If you need to print, you can press the print key to print the data.
