Experimental case of intelligent bond strength Detector [video]

When testing the bond strength of boards, coatings, external wall insulation materials (SPS boards, EPS boards), etc., a special bond strength Detector is required.

The bond strength Detector used in this experiment is an integrated intelligent bond strength Detector. It includes the host, charger, AB glue, and 6 test blocks (the specifications are 40X40 and 45X95, three pieces each).

The characteristics are 1. Portable hydraulic jack is adopted, so as to achieve the characteristics of convenient carrying and testing; 2. The ultra-light main body of 2.0kg does not need to be connected to the instrument; 3. KN and MPA can be freely converted, making on-site testing more convenient and quick. Comply with JGJ110-2008, JGJ144-2004, JG149-2003 standards, commonly used in the bonding strength testing of facing bricks, mosaics, and various boards.

Experimental procedure

KN measurement

• Use a cutting machine to completely scratch around the test block.

• Use AB glue to stick the test block on the tested part, and wait for 24 hours for complete curing.

• After installing the handle, shake the joystick all the way out.

• Take out the rocker nut, tighten the rocker and the test block, then reset the rocker, and tighten the nut.

• Long press any key to power on. After starting up, press the peak value key first, then press the reset key.

• Turn the handle at a constant speed to test.

• After testing, press the save key to store.

MPa value measurement

Long press the setting until "0" appears, first press the peak value and then press the store, and so on until the screen displays "1111"

Press the setting button until "OFF" appears, then press the peak button to click on the corresponding specification, press and hold the setting button, and then press the reset button to start the measurement.
