The sample to be tested and the roughness meter should be parallel to the ground in the horizontal and vertical directions.
The measurement process should be carried out on a marble platform or a small platform.
The working environment should control the temperature within the range of - 20°C ~ 40°C, and the humidity should be < 90% RH.
According to sample characteristics and measurement requirements, accessories such as surface sensors, measurement platforms, and extension rods are selected.
In daily storage and transportation, it should be placed in an environment with a temperature of -40°C ~ 60°C and a humidity < 90% RH.
Adjust the needle position to "0" before measuring, and the up and down cannot exceed two divisions.

Put the measured part of the workpiece flat, and set the roughness meter on the shelf.
By rotating the screw, make the screw parallel to the surface to be measured.
After adjusting the needle position, press the ESC key to return to the measurement interface.
Press START to start measurement.
