Water tank, radiator, leaf spring painting new technology

A coat of paint on the exterior of Water Tanks and oil radiators is only for general protection and decoration. Aluminum or copper heat sinks do not want painted, because the coating has a certain heat insulation effect and affects the heat dissipation performance. Because it is lead-tin soldering, the drying temperature should not exceed 150°C.

Since grease is applied between the steel plates of the leaf spring, it cannot be dried at high temperature after coating. The coating of these two types of auto parts is generally only suitable for spraying and electrostatic spraying. (Related instrument: oven)

A typical coating process is as follows:

1. Hang the painted parts on the conveyor chain according to the process requirements (the Water Tank should be painted after passing the hydraulic test);

2. Dry and wipe the surface of the coated object;

3. Manual spraying or automatic electrostatic spraying of a paint (water-based paint, LO4-1 asphalt paint or synthetic resin enamel paint);

4. Dry at 100~110°C for 40~60min; (related instrument: drying time Tester)

5. Technical inspection: The coating should be complete, no leakage of spray is allowed, and the coating film should be completely dry.
