Levelling Applicator

Coating levelling is a combination of gravity and surface tension shear force with a groove depth of 100-200-300-500-1000 μm.

Levelling test; 250~ 4000 μm range, stainless steel; meets ASTM D2801 standard.

The groove depth is 100-200-300-500-1000 μm, made of S136 wear-resistant stainless steel, and the total length is 120mm, which meets the ASTM standard.

The QLP Coating levelling tester is generally used in conjunction with a sag tester to test the levelling (dispersion) and sag properties of coatings during construction and drying, and to perform comparative tests in order to achieve the required surface effect.

The LPQ 250-4000 has five grooves and ranges of 250 μm, 500 μm, 1000 μm, 2000 μm, and 4000 μm. The LPQ levelling tester is made of stainless steel.
