Features

1) The JFA-II automatic film coating machine uses a continuously variable speed motor to accurately control the coating rate.

2) A horizontal bar is used to push the Wet Film Applicator. There are no special requirements for the external dimensions of the Wet Film Applicator, and it has a wide range of applications.

Instructions

1. Connect the power supply.

2. Place the substrate to be coated (such as black and white paper) flat on the coating base and clamp it with the clamp on the base.

3. Place the horizontal push rod on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base of the JFA-II automatic film coating machine.

4. Press the "Reset" button to make the horizontal push rod reach the starting position of coating.

5. Place the Wet Film Applicator in front of the horizontal push rod of the JFA-II automatic film coating machine.

6. Adjust the speed knob to select the appropriate coating speed.

7. Place an appropriate amount of paint to be coated directly in front of the Wet Film Applicator.

8. Press the "Start" button to start coating.

9. After coating stops, clean up the remaining paint.

10. Remove the prepared template for next operation.

Precautions for use

1) The coating base should be kept clean, and no debris should be stuck on it, so as not to affect the flatness of the coating base, thereby affecting the next coating; if paint accidentally drips on the base, it should be cleaned in time.

2) Check the oil level of the oil cup regularly. If the oil level is found to be insufficient, add lubricating oil in time to lubricate the guide rail.

3) After using the JFA-II automatic coating machine, you should use a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the automatic coating machine and affecting its service life.

4) After using the automatic film coating machine, the waste materials must be cleaned up in time and kept clean for subsequent use.
