Portable, easy to operate, and accessible to non-technical personnel. The construction is sturdy and the readings are clear at a glance.
mechanical,Available aton any surfacemeasurementfor glass, wood, metal or plastic substrates.
Compared to other types of Thickness Gauges, mechanical Thickness Gauges are more affordable.
adoptHardened, precisely ground stainless steel with a measuring disc diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 11 mm.
Contains an aluminium free-rotating roller that allows the wet film roller to roll on the surface.
The reading scale is engraved on one side of the disc, and each wet film wheel is supplied with a box.
erichsen234There are 8 different models and measuring ranges.
The wheel-shaped measuring instrument rolls on the surface of the wet film. In this process, two knurling, centering flanges roll over the substrate, and when the distance from the rim to the cam is equal to the thickness of the wet film to be measured, the eccentric cam adheres to the paint.

Measure 1
Pinch the guide roller of the instrument with your thumb and forefinger and place the instrument on the test surface so that the contact point is opposite to the neutral line. Roll with light pressure to roll the instrument toward the neutral line, and then lift it again.
Measure 2 (Validation)
The instrument is placed in a position such as 1, but rotated in the opposite direction until it reaches the zero line.
The wet film thickness is read out where the wet film mark appears, and the average value is compared with the opposite side.
