● The new fluorine-free design keeps you at the forefront of healthy living.

● Large-screen LCD display, multi-group data display on one screen, menu-based operation interface, simple and easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.

● Mirror stainless steel liner is adopted, with four corners and semi-circular arc transition, and the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, which is convenient for the cleaning work of the studio.

● The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm, which can be arbitrarily routed according to the needs of the place.

● Put a shaker in the box to carry out constant temperature shaking culture.

◆Quality assurance

● Adopt international brand compressor and circulating fan, and unique air duct circulation system to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the studio.

● Fuzzy PID controller, accurate temperature control, small fluctuation, with timing function, the maximum time setting value is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

◆ Automatic control of circulating fan speed

● The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled, when the temperature in the chamber is in a constant temperature state, the speed will be reduced, and the circulating air speed will be adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth, so as to avoid the volatilization of the sample caused by excessive air volume during the test.

● When the Incubator fails, the LCD screen will display the fault information, and the operation fault point is clear at a glance.

◆ LCD multi-segment programmable controller

● Multi-segment LCD programmable controller, one-screen display of various parameters, menu-based operation interface, can simplify the complex test process, and truly realize automatic control and operation.

● Parameters such as multi-stage temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate can be set and programmed at the same time, and the gradient control of temperature rise can be carried out, and the functions such as slow heating up from the initial temperature in the box can also be preset, and automatic start-up, standby and shutdown functions can also be preset.

● 7 groups of 63-step programmable programs can be preset, each group has 9 steps, and the setting time of each group is 0~5999 minutes.

◆ Convenient data processing (optional)

● It can be connected to a printer or 485 communication interface, with a USB data transfer interface (U disk), displayed by a computer, and can print temperature and time, providing a strong guarantee for the storage and playback of data in the test process.

◆ Safety features

● Independent temperature limit alarm system, the operation will be automatically interrupted when the limit temperature is exceeded, and the sound and light alarm will prompt the operator to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (Optional)

● High temperature and over-temperature will automatically alarm.

◆ Ultraviolet sterilization system (optional or mold Incubator has this function)

● The ultraviolet germicidal lamp is located at the top of the box, which can regularly disinfect the inside of the box and effectively kill the floating bacteria in the circulating air in the box, so as to effectively prevent pollution during cell culture.
