● Large-screen LCD display, multi-group data display on one screen, menu-style operation interface, easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.

●Mirror stainless steel liner is adopted, the four corners are semi-circular transition, and the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, which is convenient for the cleaning work of the studio.

● The left side of the cabinet is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm, which can be wired arbitrarily according to the needs of the place where it is placed.

◆Quality Assurance

● International brand compressors and circulation fans are used, and the unique air duct circulation system ensures uniform humidity in the working room temperature.

◆Circulation fan speed automatic control

● The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the temperature in the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will decrease, and the circulating wind speed will be adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth, so as to avoid volatilization of samples due to excessive air volume during the test.

◆Self-diagnosis function

● When the Incubator breaks down, the LCD will display the failure information, and the fault point can be seen at a glance.

◆LCD multi-segment programmable controller

● Multi-segment LCD programmable controller, one-screen display of various parameters, and menu-style operation interface can simplify the complicated test process and truly realize automatic control and operation.

● Parameters such as multi-stage temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate can be set and programmed at the same time. It can control the gradient of temperature rise, slowly rise from the initial temperature in the box, and can also preset functions such as automatic startup, standby and shutdown.

● 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, each group has 9 steps, and each group can set the time from 0 to 5999 minutes.

◆Convenient data processing (optional)

● It can be connected to a printer or 485 communication interface, has a USB data transfer interface (U disk), can be displayed on a computer, and can print temperature and time, providing a strong guarantee for data storage and playback during the test process.

◆Security function

● Independent temperature limit alarm system, the operation will be automatically interrupted if the temperature exceeds the limit, and the audible and visual alarm will remind the operator to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)

● High temperature and over temperature will automatically alarm.

◆Ultraviolet sterilization system (optional or mold Incubator has this function)

● The ultraviolet germicidal lamp is located on the top of the box, which can regularly disinfect the inside of the box, effectively kill the floating bacteria in the circulating air in the box, and thus effectively prevent pollution during cell culture.
