Features

● Fuzzy PID controller, accurate temperature control with little fluctuation, with timing function, the maximum time setting value is 99 hours and 59 minutes.

● The forced convection air duct system can increase the temperature response speed, improve the temperature uniformity and reduce the temperature fluctuation.

● There is a glass door on the inner layer of the box door, which is convenient and clear to observe. When the glass door is opened, the breeze circulation and heating will stop automatically, without the disadvantage of temperature overshoot.

●Mirror stainless steel liner, electrothermal film heating method, fast heating speed, so that the inside of the box can be heated evenly.

● Independent temperature limit alarm system, which will be automatically interrupted when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)

● It can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface for connecting to a printer or a computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)

◆Circulation fan speed automatic control

● The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the temperature in the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will decrease, and the circulating wind speed will be adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth, so as to avoid volatilization of samples due to excessive air volume during the test.

◆Multi-segment programmable controller (optional)

● Multi-segment LCD programmable controller, one-screen display of various parameters, and menu-style operation interface can simplify the complicated test process and truly realize automatic control and operation.

● Parameters such as multi-stage temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate can be set and programmed at the same time. It can control the gradient of temperature rise, slowly rise from the initial temperature in the box, and can also preset functions such as automatic startup, standby and shutdown.

● 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, each group has 9 steps, and the setting time for each group is 1-99 hours and 59 minutes.
