Introduction

Applications

Rongjida JTX-II architectural coating scrubbing resistance instrument is mainly used to test the scrubbing resistance of the coating surface, and can also be used to evaluate the performance of the surface of the film composite treatment, such as: paint, electroplating, flooring, covering layer, wood density and other forms of surface. It is widely used in paint factories and paint research departments.

Precautions for use

1. When the bristles are worn to a length of less than 16mm, the brush needs to be replaced.

2. The preparation of samples should be carried out with uniform substrates and the same coating process to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the test data.

3. Before use, soak the brush in water at 20°C for 30min, then press it dry vigorously and soak it in 0.5% soap solution for 10min.

4. The result judgment is based on the coating damage in the area with a length of 100mm in the middle of the test board
