Introduction

Huatian Power HTYWS-H Insulating Oil Trace Moisture Analyzer adopts a powerful new generation of processor and new peripheral circuit, excellent low power consumption, and measures the electrode signal as the criterion for the end of electrolysis. Accuracy is the key factor affecting the measurement accuracy, due to the use of professional devices and methods, the accurate detection of the measurement electrode signal is realized, the characteristics of the electrolyte are further understood, a new software compensation correction algorithm is proposed, and the measurement accuracy is improved.

1. Adopt 240x128 graphic dot matrix LCD, no logo buttons, and friendly interface.

2. The switching constant current source electrolytic circuit (technology) is used to reduce the power consumption of the instrument.

3. Portable instrument with battery (optional), after the battery is fully charged, it can be used continuously for more than 8 hours under the normal test state, and has the function of battery level detection and display.

4. The high-precision measurement electrode signal generation and detection circuit makes the judgment of the electrolytic end point fast and accurate, and has a strong anti-interference ability.

5. Use two methods: electrolyte blank current compensation and equilibrium point drift compensation to correct the measurement results.

6. Three calculation formulas are available for users to choose from, and the moisture content is automatically calculated.

7. 10 levels of stirring speed adjustment; 10 levels of electrolytic gain adjustment.

8. It has the function of automatic detection of open circuit fault and short circuit fault of measuring electrode.

9. Automatically store time-stamped historical records, up to 255 of them.

10. Calendar clock with temperature compensation, accurate timekeeping, automatic recording of the date and time of measurement, can run for more than 10 years in the state of power failure.

11. With screen protection function, if the instrument is not operated for a long time, the LCD screen will be automatically turned off, the service life of the LCD will be extended, and any key will be pressed to exit the screen protection state.
