Introduction

MODERNER LSM-2.2 basket sand mill is a brushless DC motor lifting type paint grinding machine. Through the brushless DC motor and knob speed adjustment, the stirring speed can be directly displayed on the display screen, making the operation simple and convenient. The sanding basket and barrel of the LSM-2.2 basket sand mill are equipped with cooling layers, which can well control the grinding temperature and prevent the temperature from being too high during the rapid mixing process and affecting the mixing raw materials.

LSM-2.2 basket sand mill is suitable for synthesizing , blending and mixing various liquid materials in pilot chambers and laboratories. It has a simple structure, easy maintenance and convenient cleaning.

1. Select a suitable dispersing disc and screw it to the spindle at the bottom of the sanding basket.

2. Load sanding beads, about 400ml, into the upper part of the sanding basket.

3. Loosen the locking handle of the column of the LSM-2.2 basket sand mill , adjust the height of the mixing blisk and the barrel, and use the positioning ring to position it. Then press the lift button to raise the sanding basket to facilitate the placement of the barrel.

4. Then lower the sanding basket to the appropriate position and tighten the column locking handle.

5. Confirm that the dispersion plate and barrel are not in contact, and start the host.

6. When running, first press the "counterclockwise rotation" button, and then slowly turn the speed adjustment knob to the required speed.

7. When shutting down, first lower the speed of the speed control knob, and then press "STOP" to shut down the machine to avoid the material liquid from splattering due to too fast speed increase next time the machine is turned on.

8. After using the LSM-2.2 basket sand mill, clean it in time for subsequent use.

Precautions for use

1. The speed regulator has been set before leaving the factory. Do not change it at will.

2. The spindle speed is controlled by the speed control knob (clockwise rotation is acceleration); before starting the spindle rotation, please confirm that the speed is at a lower speed (to avoid the material liquid splashing due to excessive speed increase), and then use the speed control knob after starting. Adjust the speed to the appropriate position.

3. Before stopping the LSM-2.2 basket sand mill, it is advisable to lower the spindle speed appropriately and then press the stop button. This can avoid liquid flying due to too fast acceleration when starting next time.

4. To take out the grinding beads, you need to remove the lower cover of the sanding basket. The sanding disc is threaded and can also be unscrewed for cleaning.
