Measurement range 0~1250μm, error range +/- 3%, resolution 0.1mm, designed for measurement of magnetic nonmagnetic coatings on metal substrates.
Introduction
KAIDA Coating Thickness Gauge NDT530 is a coating Thickness Gauge with a split structure design. It can be equipped with four different probes F1, N1, F10, and F1 90° to measure different coating thicknesses. Among them, F1, The F1 90° and F10 probes are used to measure the thickness of the non-magnetic coating on the magnetic metal substrate such as iron and steel, while the N1 uses the principle of eddy current to measure the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the non-magnetic metal substrate. One-point and two-point calibrations are available for all four probes.
