Introduction

KAIDA NDT280S Shore Hardness Tester is a special Shore Hardness Tester with a red fully sealed metal shell, which can not only detect general steel and cast iron, but also suitable for measuring the hardness of cast steel rolls, forged steel rolls and cast iron rolls. NDT280S Shore Hardness Tester is a multi-functional Hardness Tester, which integrates all the functions of a general-purpose Leeb Hardness Tester. It can be connected to different impact devices to measure different hardness values without calibration. It has the function of automatically identifying different impact devices.

1. NDT280S Shore Hardness Tester can be used for roll hardness testing (newly added cast steel rolls, forged steel rolls, and cast iron rolls). It integrates all the functions of general-purpose Leeb Hardness Testers. One machine is multi-purpose and easy to operate.

2. The D-type high-precision impact device is adopted, and the measurement is accurate and stable.

3. Realize one-time measurement of 7 kinds of hardness values including Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRC/HRB/HRA), Vickers (HV), etc., and automatically switch.

4. NDT280S Shore Hardness Tester has a data storage function, which can store 500 sets of measured values.
