Overview

The vacuum Drying Oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances, and can be filled with inert gas inside, especially some items with complex components can also be dried quickly.

Features

● The cuboid studio makes the utilization rate of the effective volume large, and the microcomputer temperature controller ensures accurate and reliable temperature control.

● Toughened, bulletproof double-layer glass door to observe the objects in the working room at a glance, and can fill the interior with inert gas.

● The closed tightness of the box door can be adjusted, and the integrally formed synthetic silicon door seal ensures high vacuum inside the box.

● The studio is made of stainless steel plate material to ensure the product is durable and easy to clean.

● Storage, heating, testing and drying can be carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gas, which will not cause oxidation.

Shelf direct heating and control

● Each shelf has a separate temperature sensor, the separate control loop has a precise response to the drying of different loads, and each shelf used can be independently displayed and controlled in setting, monitoring temperature and timing; heating elements It is directly placed under the shelf, so it will not cause temperature deviation, the measurement is more accurate, and the temperature control is more stable; the heating and operating time is more than 50% shorter than the heating time of the bundled heating around the inner tank.
