1. Before use, the cup should be wiped clean and dried with an appropriate solvent (note: please pay special attention to cleaning the small holes of the cup);
2. Choose the appropriate cup size so that the outflow time can be controlled between 20-80 seconds;
3. Adjust the temperature of the filtered sample and the outFlow Cup to (23 degrees plus or minus 0.5 degrees) or another agreed temperature;
4. Insert your fingers into the small ring on the handle and quickly and smoothly lift the cup vertically from the sample to be measured;
5. When the cup is interrupted and leaves the liquid level, pay attention to the liquid flow out must keep the cup vertical, and the distance from the liquid level is not exceeded Over 150mm;
6. When the first breakpoint stops the timing, the number of seconds of the outflow time represents the viscosity value of a certain size; The difference between the two test values should be less than 5% of the mean
7. Convert the outflow time into kinematic viscosity according to the following formula;
