operation method

1. Press the switch of the JFL-B60M Metal Surface Gloss Tester , place the JFL-B60M Metal Surface Gloss Tester on the black glass calibration plate, and turn the adjustment knob to make the displayed value the same as the nominal value of the standard plate.

2. Put the JFL-B60M metal surface gloss Detector on the white ceramic standard plate, and the error between the displayed value and the nominal value of the white ceramic standard plate should not be greater than ±1.2 gloss units, otherwise, the standard plate is dirty and other issues should be considered .

3. When the error is out of tolerance, calibrate again according to the previous two steps.

4. Measure the sample after calibration, when the measured value exceeds 199.9 gloss units, the display overflows "1".
