Introduction

Jinfulan JFL-B45 ceramic gloss meter is a ceramic gloss meter with a projection angle of 45 degrees. The display range is 0.0-199.9Gs. The measurement window of the gloss meter is an oval measuring port of 1.5x3mm. JFL-B45 ceramic gloss meter is a gloss meter produced according to the national standard JJG696. The measurement is very stable. It is widely used in the fields of ceramics and plastic films.

operation method

1. Press the switch of the JFL-B45 ceramic gloss meter, place the JFL-B45 single-angle gloss meter on the black glass standard plate, and turn the adjustment knob to make the displayed value the same as the nominal value of the standard plate.

2. Put the JFL-B45 ceramic gloss meter on the white ceramic standard plate, and the error between the displayed value and the nominal value of the white ceramic standard plate should not be greater than ±1.2 gloss units, otherwise, you should consider whether the standard plate is dirty or not.

3. When the gear error is out of tolerance, it needs to be recalibrated.

4. After calibration, the sample can be measured. When the measured value exceeds 199.9 gloss units, an overflow "1" will be displayed.
