1. Trial run: before use, a professional no-load test run. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, turn the speed control knob clockwise, and listen carefully to hear the sound of the motor turning from slow to fast. If there are other abnormal noises, the cause needs to be found out. Can only be used after exclusion.
2. Stirring operation: put the machine flat, put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench, put a suitable stirrer in the container, (it needs to be sucked into the center, use a cylindrical stirrer for a flat-bottomed container, and use a spinner for a spherical container. sub) to start operation. The container should not be made of iron or materials related to magnetism, the thickness of the bottom should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth. The stirring speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast. If the acceleration is too fast, the stirring bar will easily escape. If the stirring bar is not in the center of the container, you can turn on the stirrer first, let it idle for a while and then turn it off, the stirring bar will automatically suck into the center.
3. If the solution needs to be heated while stirring, you can insert the two-core plug (provided accessory) into the thermometer socket on the back of the machine, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace heats up, the heating power is adjusted by the temperature speed knob, and when it is turned clockwise to the maximum, The heating power of this machine is 300W, and when it is turned counterclockwise to the minimum, it is within 20W. The voltmeter shows the Voltage across the furnace.
4. If the solution needs automatic constant temperature, the user can self-distribute the contact mercury thermometer, weld its two leads on the two-core plug (the two wire ends cannot touch during welding), insert it into the solution, and fix it on the meter rod with a test tube clamp , The thermometer cannot touch the rotating stirring bar, and the temperature can be automatically controlled after setting the required temperature. Due to the thermal inertia of the electric furnace, when there is less solution at a lower set temperature, the temperature rises to the set temperature, and the electric furnace is powered off (at this time, the temperature rise indicator is off, and the voltmeter shows zero), but the solution temperature may still vary. The rise will affect the temperature control accuracy, and the heating power can be appropriately lowered at this time. (Note: The electric contact mercury thermometer is a glass instrument, which is extremely fragile and easy to buy in the market, so this machine is not included as an accessory).
5. After the instrument is used, unplug the power, clean the appearance, and keep it after cooling down.
6. Note: The power supply needs to be reliably grounded; the solution in the container cannot be overfilled to avoid overflow during stirring; the heating part of the machine cannot be used alone.
