TY98-1 is improved on the basis of X98-1: 1. The original single-phase of the motor is changed to three-phase, and the control speed is closed-loop, so the motor works at a constant speed, and the low speed can be 50 rpm. 2. The panel of the casing is made of stainless steel, and the height is reduced by 25mm. 3. The original mercury conductivity thermometer for temperature measurement is now using PT100 temperature sensor, and the temperature control adopts PID method, and the temperature control reaches 0.5 level. 4. Increased heating timing. 5. A Voltage regulator is added.

Instructions

1. When using for the first time, do not plug in the external heater, place the stirring container, external heater, stirring bar, and temperature sensor well, adjust the speed knob to 0, connect the power cord, and turn the switch upwards, about 4 Seconds later, the display screen enters the standard state, the upper row is the temperature value measured by the sensor, and the lower row is the set value. At this time, you can set the desired temperature, press the temperature button, the upper display SP, turn the knob left or right, change the lower display to the desired set temperature, press the temperature button again to exit the setting, and return to the standard interface.

2. Adjust the range of pressure adjustment. If the heater power is 1000W and the set temperature needs to be about 100°C, it can be adjusted at about 40%. If you find that the temperature is overshooting, you can lower the percentage a little, and if you find that the temperature cannot go up, you can adjust the percentage a little higher.
