The constant temperature magnetic stirrer adopts DC brushless three-phase motor. The torque is large, the speed is stable, and the heating constant temperature is set and measured based on the digital display of the temperature, and the table temperature setting control is added. This improvement can greatly overcome the temperature overshoot phenomenon during heating. The speed digital display is counted by pulses, and the counting is accurate.

Stirring operation: put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), put a suitable stirring bar in the container, (it needs to be sucked into the center, use a cylindrical stirring bar for a flat-bottomed container, and use a spinning stirrer for a spherical container ) to start operation. The container should not be made of iron or materials related to magnetism, the thickness of the bottom should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth. Adjust the speed control knob to ON, and the stirring speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast. If the speed is too high, the stirring bar will escape. If the stirring bar is not in the center of the container, you can turn on the stirrer first, let it idle for a while and then turn it off, the stirring bar will automatically suck into the center.
Heating temperature control:
1. Put the temperature probe into the solution in the container, and connect the probe lead to the socket on the back of the machine.
2. Temperature setting: first press the setting measurement button switch to pop up, that is, set the position, and then adjust the temperature setting knob, the display shows the set temperature you adjusted. Mesa temperature setting: It can be set according to the heating capacity and temperature. For those with low heating temperature and small capacity, set a lower table temperature, and for those with high heating temperature, set a high table temperature.
3. Heating temperature measurement: Press the set measurement button switch flat, that is, the measurement position, the display shows the temperature measured from the probe, and the temperature on the gear table and the temperature measured by the probe do not reach the set temperature before heating. As long as one of the temperatures reaches the heating stop. So if you don’t want to heat, just turn the table temperature knob to O, and the data on the digital display is the probe’s set temperature and measured temperature.
4. During heating and temperature control, if the container is airtight and the probe cannot be used, as long as the probe plug is unplugged, it will automatically switch to the table temperature, set and measure the display, and the operation is the same as above.
