The electric mixer adds an electronic constant speed circuit. When you adjust the speed control button to set a certain speed and increase the load, the speed will drop, and the Voltage of the speed measurement signal will drop. At this time, the given signal Voltage will not change. After the two signals are compared by the operational amplifier, the output signal rises, which increases the supply Voltage of the motor, increases the torque, and keeps the speed basically unchanged, achieving the purpose of constant speed. The constant speed adopts a deep closed loop, so it can work at a constant power at low speeds. The speed adjustment adopts a light touch switch. If it is needed for stirring, it can work in reverse. The speed setting has a memory function and a timing function.

1. Turning the stirring head will be dangerous, pay attention to body, clothing and hair. At the same time prevent the stirring liquid from splashing.
2. As soon as the instrument is plugged in, it will enter the standby state, and press the ↑ and ↓ keys to set the speed. Click to change 10 revolutions, press to change to accelerate.
3. If the stirring needs to be reversed, press the ↑ key and hold it when it is stopped, and then press the M key. When the display shows -RS, release the M key, and then release the ↑ key, and the display shows -RS. For reverse, +RS for forward.
4. Timing setting, press and hold the M key when it is stopped, enter the timing state display screen up: TIME SET, down tim press ↑, ↓ key to set the stirring Timer Setting (in minutes), press M again to exit the setting fixed state. If the Timer Setting is set to 0, the stirrer will work without timing. After the Timer Setting is set, it is always saved in the machine, and it is timed every time it is turned on. If you don't want to set the time to "0".
5. When the stirring load exceeds the power of the machine, the stirring will automatically shut down due to overload, and press the M key to enter the standby state. Press the M key again to restart.
