The stirring part adopts DC three-phase brushless motor constant speed control, so the stirring performance is better, especially at low speed, it can start and run at a speed of 50 rpm.

1. After placing the instrument, first turn the temperature and speed control knobs to "0" and plug in the power cord. The temperature sensor should be placed in the solution above 10mm in the container, so as to ensure the correctness of temperature transmission, and connect the sensor lead to the socket behind the fuselage.
2. Stirring operation: put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), put a suitable stirrer in the container, (it needs to be sucked into the center, use a cylindrical stirrer for a flat-bottomed container, and use a spinner for a spherical container Stirring bar) can be turned on and operated, and the switch is on the left side of the fuselage. The container should not be made of iron or materials related to magnetism, the thickness of the bottom should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth. Adjust the speed control knob and the stirring speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast. If the acceleration is too fast, the stirring bar will easily escape. If the stirring bar is not in the center of the container, you can turn on the stirrer first, let it idle for a while and then turn it off, the stirring bar will automatically suck into the center.
heating:
1. Liquid temperature setting and measurement: When the temperature sensor is connected to the instrument, the instrument will stay at the set position when it is just turned on, the setting light is on, turn the temperature adjustment knob to adjust the required temperature; press to set ——Measurement button, when the measurement indicator light is on, it shows the temperature measured by the sensor. The liquid needs to be heated and kept at constant temperature. Please adjust the temperature knob to 2-3 times the required temperature of the liquid. (When the temperature overshoot is found to be large during use, choose 1.5-2 times)
2. If the temperature sensor cannot be placed in the solution to measure the temperature during the experiment, you can unplug the connection of the temperature sensor on the instrument. At this time, the display will automatically switch to the table temperature setting and measurement, and adjust the table temperature knob at the set position , adjust the table temperature to the required temperature.
3. If you do not want to heat, just adjust the temperature knob to the "0" position.
