This machine is a high-power magnetic stirrer designed and produced by our factory. It adopts a dedicated DC brushless motor and has the characteristics of large torque, no electromagnetic interference, strong stirring force, and automatic constant temperature.

1. Put the instrument flat, put the container containing the solution in the center of the instrument disc (ie electric furnace), put an appropriate stirring bar in the container, use a cylindrical stirring bar for a flat-bottomed container, and use a spindle-shaped stirring bar for a spherical container. The container should not be made of ferromagnetic material. If the container is too heavy, it needs to be supported to avoid deformation of the instrument and affect its use.
2. Plug in the power, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, turn the speed control knob 1/3 clockwise, turn on the stirring switch, the stirring indicator light is on, the instrument starts to work, the user can adjust the stirring speed according to the needs, and the speed adjustment needs to be done gradually Speed up or slow down.
3. If the solution needs to be heated while stirring, you can insert the two-core plug (included with the machine) into the thermometer socket behind the machine, the temperature rise indicator light is on, the electric furnace heats up, and the heating power is adjusted by the temperature adjustment knob, turn it clockwise to the maximum , the heating power of the machine is 400W, and when it is turned counterclockwise to the minimum, it is within 20W.
4. If the solution requires automatic constant temperature, the user needs to distribute the mercury thermometer with the electric contact, weld its two leads on the two-core plug (the two wire ends cannot touch during welding), insert it into the solution, and fix it with a test tube clamp. On the gauge stem, the thermometer cannot touch the rotating stirring bar, and the automatic constant temperature can be achieved after setting the temperature.
Due to the thermal inertia of the electric furnace, when there is less solution at a lower set temperature, the temperature rises to the set temperature, and the electric furnace has been powered off (at this time the temperature rise indicator is off), but the solution temperature may still rise, affecting the control. temperature accuracy, the heating power can be appropriately lowered at this time. (Note: The electric contact mercury thermometer is a glass instrument, which is extremely fragile and easy to buy in the market, so this machine is not included as an accessory)
5. After the instrument is used, unplug the power, clean the appearance, and keep it properly after cooling.
6. Precautions: The power supply needs to be reliably grounded; the solution in the container cannot be overfilled, so as not to overflow when stirring; the machine cannot be used as an electric furnace alone;
