Compressive Tester

Introduction

Labo LB-KY20B compressive Strength Tester is used to test the compressive strength testing equipment of cartons, other packaging containers and transportation packages, which meets the following three test function requirements:  

•       Compressive test: used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample, the testing machine automatically records the maximum pressure value and the compressive deformation of the sample;

•       Constant value test: the overall performance of the box can be detected according to the set pressure or deformation, and the necessary test data can be provided for the design and selection of the box;  

•       Stacking test: A certain pressure value is continuously applied to the specimen for a specified period of time, which is used to determine the pressure durability of the specimen under simulated packaging storage and transportation conditions. According to the relevant standards, it can carry out stacking tests under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours. 

The equipment has the functions of test data display, memory storage, statistical analysis processing and test report printing.

Features

With high-precision load cells, the accuracy is controlled at <0.5% at the factory, which is better than the ISO standard of ±1%. The test is completed automatically, and the equipment has the functions of displaying, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing and printing of test reports of test data, which is easy to operate. The preset test speed and return speed as well as the free adjustment of the position of the upper pressure plate make the test faster and more effective. The load cell is located above and connected to the upper platen, and the user or the metrology and calibration department (third party) can easily calibrate the instrument by placing the standard sensor in the middle of the upper and lower platen for calibration.

Security measures:

• Measurement and control system pressure value overload protection;

• Automatic locking transmission protection when power is off;

• The sensor pressure value is automatically reset and returned to zero display;

• The test is completed and the initial position is automatically returned;

• Preset test speed and return speed make testing faster and more effective.
