Introduction

Using the principle of converting the potential energy of the object into kinetic energy, the specimen is freely slid to the end according to the predetermined position to obtain a certain impact speed and collide with an impact plate perpendicular to the speed direction to achieve the predetermined test purpose.

This machine is mainly used to simulate the oblique impact and collision environment of packages, pallets and packaging containers during transportation. Commonly used test equipment for inclined plane impact.

Features

  • Lifting device: The hydraulic lifting device is adopted, which is more stable than the pneumatic lifting device, and the load strength is far greater than that of the pneumatic device.

  • Steel track: The steel track is made of 100*150mm (national standard Q235) square steel to ensure the bearing capacity and the straightness and parallelism of the steel track. The angle between the track plane and the horizontal plane is 10°±0.2°. The surface of the track is smooth, and the scale is divided at 50mm intervals along the slope. The track is equipped with a limit device so that the trolley can stay at any position on the track.

  • Trolley: The trolley is equipped with a release device, so that the trolley can be released freely at any position on the slope. There is a certain amount of friction between the test sample and the platform, so that there is no relative movement between the test sample and the trolley during the movement process from static to impact. However, during impact, the test sample can move freely relative to the trolley.

  • Baffle: Installed at the lowest end of the track, its impact surface forms an angle of 90°±1° with the track plane. The impact surface of the baffle is flat, and the impact surface of the baffle has sufficient hardness and strength. When its surface bears a load of 160kg/cm2, the deformation is not more than 0.25mm.

Applicable standard

Transport package: GB/T4857, GB/T2423 , ASTM D-775 ISTA 3A~7A

Tray: GB/T4995 , GB/T4996 , GB/T15234 , ISO8611

Test description

The inclined plane impact testing machine consists of a trolley with wheels and a 10° inclined rail. According to the required impact speed, set the distance between the trolley on the rail and the baffle, and then place the test object on the trolley and lock it. Tighten the trolley, raise the rail by 10°, make the surface of the trolley perpendicular to the running direction, open the release device to release the trolley, the trolley slides down along the inclined 10° track, and hits the baffle.

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
