Introduction

Hypertherm Instruments NK- 100 pointer dynamometer is a small volume pressure and tension measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy and easy portability. NK- 100 /200/300/500 pointer dynamometer is suitable for tensile and compressive loads, insertion and extraction force tests, destructive tests, etc. It has a simple structure and easy operation.

The pointer dynamometer is a mechanical push-pull force gauge that can replace the tubular dynamometer and can be installed on a variety of workbenches and adapted to various fixtures. The maximum value that the NK- 100 pointer force gauge can measure is 100 N.

Measurement methods

1. Install the NK-100/200/300/500 pointer dynamometer on a suitable machine for measurement.

2. When measuring, keep the object being measured and the pointer dynamometer in a straight line, otherwise the sum value read will be inaccurate.

3. Measure changes in load

1) When the switch knob is set to the continuous load value (TRACK), the pointer will move as the load value changes.

2) When the switch knob is set to the peak load (PEAK), when the measurement reaches the maximum load value, the pointer will stop at the position of the maximum load value. The pointer can be reset to zero by pressing the toggle knob.
