Introduction

LX-C Microporous Material Hardness Tester is one of the pointer-type Shore Hardness Testers produced by Haibao Instruments. It is mainly used to measure the hardness value of low-hardness materials such as sponge, foam, and rubber microporous materials. The needle travel range is 0-2.5 mm, the recommended measurement range is 10-90Hc (Hc is the hardness symbol of C-type durometer for microporous materials ).

The LX-C microporous material Hardness Tester is developed and designed in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the standard HG/T2489-2007. It is especially suitable for the determination of the microporous material hardness of shoes with a stress of 0.049MPa or more when the compression rate is 50%. Precautions before use

1. Before use, check whether the pointer of the LX-C Microporous Material Hardness Tester points to the zero position in a free state. If the pointer deviates from the zero position slightly , you can loosen the compression screw at the upper right corner and turn the dial to align with the zero position. , and then tighten the compression screw.

2. When the LX-C microporous material Hardness Tester is pressed on a flat reference surface (glass or metal platform), under normal conditions, the pointer should point to 100±1Hc. If it cannot be displayed accurately, the LX-C Hardness Tester for microporous materials cannot be used.
