Haibao Instruments LX-A-2 double-pointer Shore Hardness Tester is manufactured according to national standards GB/T531.1-2008 and JJG304-2003. It is mainly used for testing the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. It is a scale There is a Shore Hardness Tester with a tracking pointer and a peak pointer on the plate. The LX-A-2 double-pointer Shore Hardness Tester can be used to measure the hardness of materials by hand. You can also purchase a load test rack of the same type separately. It is used with a matching test rack and has better stability.
The functional structure of LX-A-2 double-pointer Shore Hardness Tester: tracking pointer (black), locking screw, peak pointer (red), peak pointer return knob, dial, test head. The details are as follows:

Haibao Instruments LX-A-2 Double Pointer Shore Hardness Tester complies with the standard: National Standard GB/T531.1-2008 "Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Indentation Hardness Test Method Part One: Shore Hardness Tester Method (Shore Hardness)" , International Standard ISO7619-1:2004 "Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Indentation Hardness Test Method Part One: Shore Durometer Method (Shore Hardness)", JJG304-2003 "A-Type Shore Durometer Verification Regulations".
1. Put the sample on a solid flat table, hold the LX-A-2 double-pointer Shore Hardness Tester, and keep the pressure needle at least 12mm away from the edge;
2. Press the presser foot on the sample steadily, without any vibration during the process, and keep the presser foot parallel to the surface of the sample so that the indenter can be pressed into the sample vertically;
3. The force applied should be sufficient to make the presser foot and the sample closely contact, and read at the specified time (3 seconds for vulcanized rubber or unknown type rubber, 15 seconds for thermoplastic rubber; if other sample time is used, it should be read during the test described in the report ) .
4. Measure the hardness value 5 times at different positions at least 6mm apart from the sample, and take the average value. The indication reading is based on the value indicated by the peak pointer.
