Testing requirements

1. The thickness of the sample should be (10±0.5) mm, the width not less than 30 mm, and the length not less than 60 mm. If the sample thickness is less than 10 mm, two pieces are allowed to be stacked, but the contact surface must be smooth and flat, and the total thickness should still meet the thickness regulations. .

2. The surface of test samples such as rubber and plastic products should be flat and smooth, without mechanical damage, scratches and impurities, so as not to affect the accuracy of the test.

3. LX-C-2 Sponge Shore Hardness Tester should be submitted for inspection regularly, usually one year.

4. After using the LX-C-2 Sponge Shore Hardness Tester, put it into the instrument box and put it in a dry place to prevent it from getting damp.

5. When using this Hardness Tester, the recommended measuring range is 10Hc-90Hc. If it exceeds this range, other testing methods should be used.
