Use sample requirements

The sample needs to be flat, the thickness is not less than 6mm, and there is enough area. The distance between the presser foot and the sample is not less than 12mm from the edge of the sample.

Instructions

1. Put the sample on the circular platform, loosen the star-shaped handle on the cross arm of the LD-J  D-type Shore Hardness Tester ;

2. Adjust the height of the cross arm until the bottom surface of the indenter of the Shore Hardness Tester is about 5mm away from the tested surface of the sample;

3. Tighten the star-shaped handle on the cross arm of the LD-J  D-type Shore Hardness Tester ;

4. Press down the handle to make the Shore Hardness Tester read within 1 second when the presser foot and the sample are fully in contact with the weight of the fixed load. The value displayed by the Hardness Tester is the hardness value of the tested sample.

5. In order to improve the test accuracy, test about 5 times at different positions with a distance of at least 6mm between the measuring points and take the average value.

Installation and commissioning instructions

1. Put the LD-J Shore Hardness Tester test frame on a stable and flat workbench, and adjust the height of the cross arm. When operating, loosen the bakelite star-shaped handle with the right hand, lift the cross arm with the left hand so that the bottom of the Shore Hardness Tester mounting rod is about 110mm away from the circular platform table, and tighten the bakelite star-shaped handle (the D-type Shore Hardness Tester mounting rod should be aligned with the circular platform. platform center).

2. Unscrew the dust-proof cap on the upper end of the D-type Shore Hardness Tester, then screw the Shore Hardness Tester into the mounting rod of the test frame, and tighten it (do not use too much force when tightening, otherwise the Hardness Tester will be damaged), After tightening, if the surface of the Shore Hardness Tester is not aligned with the operator, you can loosen the azimuth adjustment knob on the top of the weight, then turn the Hardness Tester to a satisfactory angle and then tighten the azimuth adjustment knob.

3. Loosen the bakelite star-shaped handle on the cross arm, adjust the height of the cross arm again with the left hand, and tighten the handle when the bottom surface of the indenter of the Hardness Tester is about 10mm away from the circular platform of the test frame. Press down the handle of the test stand so that the indenter is in full contact with the circular table, and slowly turn the two fine-tuning handwheels under the circular table until the Hardness Tester displays 100 degrees (±1 degree). At this time, the LD-J Shore Hardness Tester test frame and the Hardness Tester debugging are completed. If the displayed value cannot be reached after repeated adjustments, the Hardness Tester or test stand cannot be used.
