Installation and commissioning instructions

1. Put the SAC-J  AC Shore Hardness Tester Test Stand on a stable and flat workbench, and adjust the height of the cross arm. When operating, loosen the bakelite star-shaped handle with the right hand, and lift the cross arm with the left hand so that the bottom of the Shore Hardness Tester mounting rod is about 110mm away from the circular platform table, and tighten the bakelite star-shaped handle (the mounting rod of the AC type Shore Hardness Tester should be aligned with the circular platform). platform center).

2. Unscrew the dust-proof cap on the upper end of the AC-type digital display Shore Hardness Tester, then screw the Shore Hardness Tester into the mounting rod of the test frame, and tighten it (do not use too much force when tightening, otherwise the Hardness Tester will be damaged ), if the surface of the Shore Hardness Tester is not aligned with the operator after tightening, you can loosen the azimuth adjustment knob on the top of the weight, then turn the Hardness Tester to a satisfactory angle and then tighten the azimuth adjustment knob.

3. Loosen the bakelite star-shaped handle on the cross arm, adjust the height of the cross arm again with the left hand, and tighten the handle when the bottom surface of the indenter of the Hardness Tester is about 10mm away from the circular platform of the test frame. Press down the handle of the test stand so that the indenter is in full contact with the circular table, and slowly turn the two fine-tuning handwheels under the circular table until the Hardness Tester displays 100 degrees (±1 degree). If the displayed value cannot be reached after repeated adjustments, the Hardness Tester or test stand cannot be used.
