




QXD-100 Paint Scraper Fineness Meter is a single-wide groove scraper Fineness Meter with a detection fineness range of 0~100 microns, which is a stainless steel paint scraper Fineness Meter designed and manufactured by MODERNER according to national standards.The QXD-100 Paint Grindometer has a graduation value of 100 microns, expressed in Hegman and micron units, has 1 groove, and is equipped with a 70mm long scraper. This paint Grindometer is clearly graduated and has the name and product code of the MODERNER engraved on the bottom of the front.
(1) Before use, wash and soak with a suitable solventQXD-100 Paint Scraper Fineness MeterScraper and bottom, then dry with cotton yarn, and stir with an ink knife to evenly match the specimen that meets the standard viscosity index of the product.
(2) InQXD-100 Paint Scraper Fineness MeterIn the deepest part of the trench, drop a few drops of the test specimen, so that it can fill the groove and slightly excess.
(3) Hold the spatula with the thumb, index finger and middle finger of both hands. It is placed horizontally at the upper end of the wide-groove Grindometer, so that the scraper is perpendicular to the surface of the paint Grindometer, and the scraper is pulled from the deep part of the groove to the shallow part at an appropriate speed, so that the paint sample fills the groove and there is no excess paint left on the flat plate.
(4) After scraping, immediately (not more than 5 seconds) pinch the fineness plate and tilt it, so that the line of sight and the plane of the trench are 15-30° to observe the scale value of the evenly exposed particles in the trench, and the reading value is the fineness value of the measured object.
