SFJ-400A sanding, dispersing, mixing multi-purpose machine operation method

1) Select a suitable mixing blade and screw it to the main shaft.

2) Install the spindle into the chuck: pull the sliding sleeve outside the chuck up to the highest point, and insert the spindle into the hole of the chuck. After the main shaft is inserted into the bottom, it rotates relatively until the sliding sleeve outside the chuck can be lowered to the lowest position. At this time, there should be no relative rotation between the chuck and the main shaft.

3) Loosen the locking handle of the column of the SFJ-400A sanding, dispersing and mixing multi-purpose machine, adjust the height of the mixing blade and the bottom of the barrel (can be positioned with a positioning ring), and then raise the main shaft to place the barrel.

4) Lower the main shaft to an appropriate position, and tighten the column locking handle.

5) Confirm that there is no contact between the stirring blade and the barrel, and then start stirring.

6) When the SFJ-400A sanding, dispersing and mixing multi-purpose machine is turned on, press the "RUN" button first, and then slowly turn the digital speed control knob to adjust to the speed required for the experiment.

7) After the operation is finished, first use the speed control knob to slow down the speed when shutting down, and then press "STOP" to shut down, so as not to cause the experimental samples to splash out when the speed is increased too fast when the machine is turned on next time.

8) After the SFJ-400A sanding, dispersing and mixing multi-purpose machine is used, it should be cleaned in time for subsequent use.

Precautions for use

1. Do not change the parameters of the frequency converter by yourself. It has been set before leaving the factory to avoid abnormal operation.

2. Before stopping stirring, lower the stirring speed first, and then press the stop button to avoid liquid splashing caused by too fast starting speed next time.

3. Do not rotate the spindle at high speed when there is no material and no load.
