Portable viscometer, easy to use, stable performance, Flow Cup body and outlet are made of corrosion-resistant materials. It is mainly used to determine the kinematic viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian fluid coatings, and can also be used for comparative measurement as required. The NDJ-5 viscometer cup is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
1. Place the Flow Cup in the ring of the cross arm.
2. The viscometer stand is composed of a level-adjustable platform and a cross. The cross arm of the cross is attached with a circular blister. Adjust the horizontal bolt of the platform to make the blister center.
1. Cleaning treatment of the Flow Cup: Use soft paper with good water absorption and a solvent that is easy to remove oil stains to wipe the inner wall repeatedly, twist the paper into a rope shape, and repeatedly pull it in the flow hole until it is clean.
2. Pour the liquid under test: block the outflow hole of the cup with your fingers, (if there is corrosive liquid, use the stopper on the cup) slowly pour the liquid under test into the cup until the liquid surface protrudes from the upper edge of the cup, If there are bubbles, wait for the bubbles to float to the surface, push once along the edge with a clean flat glass plate to remove the protruding liquid surface and bubbles, so that the level of the liquid to be tested is on the same level as the upper edge of the Flow Cup.
3. Measure the outflow time: release the blocked finger, or push the stopper, start the stopwatch at the same time, the test solution flows out in a continuous line, stop the stopwatch when the orifice outflow line starts to break, and record the stopwatch reading t .
