QHow to calibrate?
A Apply a little oil to the standard 5mm calibrate block. Tap the calibrate key and a flashing character "CAL" appears on the monitor, where the character "CAL" is the abbreviation of English CALIBRATION (calibrate). Couple the ultrasonic Sensors well to the 5mm calibrate block. The monitor will display 5.00 (or 0.197) and "CAL" alternately. After the alternating display is stable, tap the "CAL" key to confirm. Once the calibrate is confirmed, the calibrate result will be automatically stored in the instrument. There is no need to calibrate frequently unless the accuracy of the measurement result is doubted. After calibrating, the material code automatically becomes "d01". To measure non-steel materials, be sure to reset the material code.
