The Solvent Wipe Resistance Meter is a device used to determine the resistance of a coating to solvent wipes. Use a wiping head with a certain speed and wiping pressure (absorbent cotton moistened with solvent to contact the bread) to wipe back and forth on the surface of the sample. The number of wiping can be directly read by the counter. According to the number of wiping required for coating damage, the coating can be evaluated Excellent solvent wiping resistance.

1. Unscrew the tightening bolts on the specimen clamps at both ends, place the 75Ã200mm sample under the rubber fixing plate, and then tighten the tightening bolts.
2. Take an appropriate amount of absorbent cotton and wrap it on the contact surface of the wiping head. Install the hoop and tighten the fixing screw. Then take an appropriate amount of absorbent cotton and put it into the inner cavity of the wiping head. Drop an appropriate amount of solvent until the solvent oozes out of the wiping head, and then remove it. The wiping head is placed on the sliding arm.
3. Plug in the power supply, set the number with the counter, and select the number of times you want to wipe; turn the speed knob to select the required wiping speed (60 times/min is recommended, that is, the speed knob points to MAX).
4. Turn on the power switch of the speed regulator and the machine will start working. After reaching the predetermined number of times, the machine will automatically stop and remove the sample for observation.
5. If you want to stop the machine while it is running, you can directly turn off the power switch of the speed regulator. If you want to continue working, turn on the power switch of the speed regulator.
6. After the machine stops automatically, just press the "clear" button on the counter and the machine can start running again.
1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the machine without loading the sample and absorbent cotton.
2. If the absorbent cotton falls off, the machine should be shut down as soon as possible.
