Overview of uses 

Xinrui DR100 Digester is a digestion device developed by using the latest microcomputer temperature control technology, which has the characteristics of fast heating rate, accurate temperature control and small temperature fluctuation. It can be applied to sample digestion before the determination of organic, inorganic and metal ions such as COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, etc.

1. The shell is made of temperature-resistant and anti-corrosion materials, which is small and beautiful in appearance, simple to operate and cost-effective

2. Large-screen LCD with backlight LCD display, using new microcomputer temperature control technology, with high temperature control accuracy

3. The fully sealed long-life heat-resistant heating element is used to ensure that it can work normally without trouble for a long time

4. Using intelligent heating technology, the heating power proportional band can be automatically adjusted according to the load size, with small temperature fluctuation, which can effectively save electric energy

5. It is equipped with 4 independent timing functions and 4 sets of preset working programs, which can be easily applied to the digestion of COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and other samples

6. The extended use can set the temperature arbitrarily, and is equipped with functions such as self-tuning temperature adjustment, over-temperature protection, buzzer prompt, and real-time display of working status

7. The included accessories are equipped with test tube racks, cooling boxes, digestion tubes, etc., and numbered digestion tubes are provided to facilitate the user to distinguish multiple water samples

8. Used for field use when powered by an optional high-energy battery. When the 12V inverter power supply is used, it can be used in the field with the vehicle.
