Overview of uses 

Xinrui ZDJ-ZDJ-4B Automatic Potentiometric Titrator is an analytical instrument designed according to the principle of potentiometric titration and used for volume analysis. The appropriate indicator electrode and reference electrode are selected to form a working cell with the test solution, and with the addition of titrant, the concentration of the measured ions is constantly changing due to a chemical reaction, and thus the potential of the indicator electrode changes. Near the titration endpoint, a sudden change in the concentration of the measured ions causes a sudden jump in the electrode potential. Thus, the titration endpoint can be determined based on the sudden jump in the electrode potential. Used for the chemical analysis of various components in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, petrochemical industry, drug testing, metallurgy and other industries.

• The instrument adopts the new microprocessor technology, which can simultaneously display the year, month, day, time, working status prompt, measurement results and other information. The instrument has a good man-machine dialogue operation interface, Chinese and English switching display, easy to use.

• The instrument has a variety of titration modes including manual titration, repeated titration, preset endpoint titration, pre-titration, special titration modes including standard titration, blank titration, sample titration and other titration modes. The instrument can use different electrodes to carry out different titrations, including acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexation titration, non-aqueous titration and other titration and pH measurement, potential measurement, temperature measurement and other functions.

• The instrument adopts an integrated automatic reversing valve device, which is controlled by a microcomputer, which does not need to be manually controlled and converted to the reversing direction of the injection or rehydration mode, which is very convenient for the user to use. It has the advantages of high degree of automation.

• The instrument adopts an integrated metering pump design, which can accurately calculate and control the amount of liquid injection, which is convenient for users to replace, and reduces the problem of mutual interference between different solutions used in different titrations. It has the advantages of high titration capacity accuracy, good repeatability, and simple maintenance.

• The titration system tubing is made of acid, alkali and corrosion-resistant materials and can be used for non-aqueous titration. The mixing system adopts PWM modulation technology, software speed regulation, stable and reliable.

• The instrument is equipped with a temperature sensor interface, which can realize automatic temperature determination and temperature compensation, and can also use manual adjustment temperature compensation.

• The instrument has a power-off protection function, and the data stored inside the instrument and the set parameters will not be lost after the instrument is shut down or in the case of abnormal power failure.

• The instrument can transmit the current measurement data to the computer in real time through RS232 interface or USB interface (optional), and can carry out subsequent data processing.

• The ZDJ-4B titrator is equipped with a built-in micro printer that prints the current measurement data in real time. The instrument is equipped with a large-capacity SD memory card, supports GLP specification, and can store more than 2000 sets of titration results. It can facilitate users to store and query data. It can be used on the mobile computer.
