Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Probe, Standard Picture

The Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Profiler provides fast, accurate measurements of soluble salt levels and concentrations - more than 4 times faster than other Bresle equivalent methods.

The new Elcometer 130 soluble salt profiler allows you to complete the Bresle equivalent test in as little as two minutes.

Multi-point conductivity sensors allow the Elcometer 130 SSP to accurately display salt concentration, show the exact location of contamination and produce full-color salt density maps in two or three dimensions.

"Four Bresle equivalent readings in 2½ minutes"

Each filter paper is four Bresle sizes - the Elcometer 130 Soluble Salt Profiler not only displays personalized readings, but also provides four Bresle equivalent readings in just over two minutes.

“The new Elcometer 130 SSP does more than just measure soluble salt levels”

In addition to soluble salt content (cleanliness) or conductivity, the Elcometer 130 SSP performs detailed analysis of the test area - providing accurate salt density distribution maps, pinpointing high pollution areas outside user-defined limits.

"Accurate in all environments"

This new, easy-to-use Elcometer 130 SSP features automatic temperature compensation ensuring accuracy in all climate conditions. Impure water can interfere with accurate and repeatable readings.

“Each instrument is designed to the end”

Rugged, durable and waterproof, the new Elcometer 130 SSP comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee; giving you peace of mind.

“Generate instant reports on your computer, Android™ or iOS mobile device”

The Elcometer 130 SSP transmits readings, statistics and batches wirelessly via Bluetooth® or via USB, directly into the inspection app or into ElcoMaster®, Elcometer’s mobile app, at your desk, or using your phone, in the field , generate reports instantly.

What you do with the data is just as important as the readings you take.

Software function

"Calibration Verification - Peace of Mind"

Calibration verification bricks can be used to verify instrument accuracy in the field, and the verification date will be recorded for use in reports.

Calibration verification bricks are available to verify the accuracy of your instrument. Click on the Accessories tab for more information.

Elcometer 130 soluble salt Detector main features

  • Measurement mode range:

    • Cleanliness: When measuring soluble salts, two measurement options are available - Bresle method equivalent or Elcometer 130 equivalent mode

    • Conductivity: Used to measure ionic contaminants, sometimes called Total Dissolved Solids - TDS, within a solution

  • Multi-point conductivity sensors allow trends in conductivity to be displayed as density plots

  • Automatic temperature compensation ensures precise results

  • Large color LCD displays readings in µg/cm², ppm, µS/cm, mS/cm, % salinity or mg/m².

  • Stores 3,500 readings in 1,000 alphanumeric data sets

  • Non-oxidized gold-plated contacts guarantee longevity performance

  • Instant report generation via USB or Bluetooth® data transfer to ElcoMaster®

display mode

1) Large single reading

Displays readings for the entire sample

2) Four Bresle patch equivalent readings

The measurement area is divided into four Bresle patch size quadrants and four Bresle patch or Elcometer 130 equivalent readings are displayed simultaneously.

3) Pass/Fail to user defined limits

Provides visual indication of salt contamination. Areas above the limit setting for soluble salt levels are red and areas below the limit are white. The measurement bars to the left of the Pass/Fail graph show the limit (above the bar) and the percentage test zone above the defined limit (below the bar). The bars are also a visual indication of pass/fail percentage. The highest (Hi), lowest (Lo) and average (X) readings for the current measurement are shown to the right.

4) 2D salt density map has high/low readings

Levels of soluble salts are indicated using a green and red outline system; green are areas of very low salt concentration or are not contaminated; yellow are areas of medium salt concentration; red are areas where salt contamination levels exceed the specified chart scale range.

5) 3D salt density map and peak salt concentration (Hi)

Provides a visual indication of the density of salt-contaminated test areas.

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
