New Product - Tri-Glossmaster 20°/60°/85° Multi-Angle Gloss Meter (SH260C)
Measure 3 angles simultaneously with one instrument, including a new color display and powerful downloadable smart charting software. Easy to calibrate – easy to use – makes quality control easier than ever.
Smart functions and intuitive menu operation as well as a new brilliant color display make gloss measurement a hassle-free task to quickly and efficiently identify quality variations.
Samples can be measured individually at each angle, or at 2/3 angles at the same time, and then processed efficiently using powerful downloadable software.
Different tasks require different tools The easy-to-turn scroll wheel quickly displays all functions – even without a PC. All contained in a compact, rugged and lightweight unit.

The basic pattern is your tool to quickly check a few things for shine.
This statistical method not only shows the average but all statis-judge whether the difference in measurement is significant or how uniform the surface gloss is needed for your sample with Tikal data. You can define what you want to see: mean, standard deviation, range, min/max...
The difference mode allows you to define a pass/fail limit for a reference that will compare all of the following measurements to the selected reference. Pass/fail indication is displayed in color on a high-resolution display – ideal for production control.
The continuous mode is an effective way to quickly check the uniformity of the surface of a large number of specimens. You can define the measurement interval and you can now measure gloss continuously by sliding the Glossmeter over the surface. When done, the average of the min-max range is displayed.
Data can be stored in mass memory or processed on powerful downloadable smart charting software.

Measure your products offline or online and transfer the results to a smart lab gloss. You will get a professional quality control report in no time, including data sheets and charts.
Set the product specifications in the Standard Management module and display the Pass-Warning-Fail limit in the quality control report.
Use trend reports to manage lab work in a project to show the stability of your production process.

I deal with products with multiple measurement positions.
Set up an organizer for menu-guided test sequences and clear sample identification.
Effective QC analysis of process control with high sampling rates. The data is kept in an SQL database, allowing for long processing of large data sets.
Flexible data analysis, based on recognition parameters defined in a specific time frame. Monitor your process stability with scorecards, trend reports, and SPC charts (box plots).
