QNon-contact thickness gauges measure below 100 microns, which one is suitable?

QThe thickness of the transparent powder is measured before curing. Can't this device be measured if it exceeds 100um? Our products are moved online in production, can they be tested normally?
A Our machine has a range of 20-100 microns. It cannot be measured beyond that. In addition, it cannot test moving objects. Mobile equipment is production equipment. This is for laboratory use.

QWhy doesn't PosiTest PC have a calibrated certificate?
A Calibrate certificates show traceability to national standards. There is currently no uncured powder Film thickness standard. The PosiTest PC Powder Tester is an online tool. To verify PosiTest PC readings and confirm that the final Film thickness meets specifications, use the PosiTector 6000 or PosiTest DFT Dry Film Thickness Gauge measurement curing coat. Our Dry Film Thickness Gauge includes a calibrate certificate.
