PHASE II 900-385 Rockwell Hardness Tester Picture

PHASE II has launched a new model of the multi-functional Rockwell Hardness Tester: the 900-385, which is capable of measuring Rockwell hardness and surface Rockwell hardness, and can also convert the measured Rockwell hardness values into HB, HV, HLD, HK and σb.

The Rockwell Hardness Tester 900-385 has the following features: ultra-high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, automatic loading/unloading of test force, digital display of measurement results, automatic printing, RS232 and USB dual communication ports, etc. It is suitable for measuring carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. This instrument is suitable for use in any environment, including: heat treatment equipment, tool magazines, workshops, and testing laboratories.

  • The indenter protrudes horizontally, and can test surfaces that cannot be measured by ordinary Hardness Testers, such as the inner surface of ring, tubular and frame parts, and the bottom plate

  • Complete measuring scales: Rockwell HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HRL, HRM, HRP, HRR, HRS,

  • There are 15 kinds of HRV scales, surface Rockwell HR15N, HR30N,

  • HR45N,HR15T,HR30T,HR45T,HR15W,HR30W,HR45W,

  • HR15X, HR30X, HR45X, HR15Y, HR30Y, HR45Y, a total of 15 kinds of scales, the measured materials cover a variety of hardness ranges,

  • Such as cemented carbide, quenched steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum alloy, engineering plastics, artificial wood panels, etc

  • Auxiliary function: upper and lower limit warning settings

  • Data statistics: find the average, mean square deviation, maximum and minimum values, so that the uncertainty can be directly evaluated.

  • Hardness conversion, HB, HV, HLD, HK, σb, etc

  • Automatically corrects the measurement results of surface parts

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
