Operating Principle 

When the motor of the laboratory electric lifting basket sand mill is running, it drives the lever and the dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, so that negative pressure is generated in the grinding body, so as to promote the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads in the grinding cavity continue to collide and rub, and the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

The maximum speed of the equipment can reach 3000rpm, the powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, and the zirconia lever make the grinding medium in the cavity produce irregular movement, and the high-speed collision and friction between each other make the powder particle size quickly smaller, the grinding fineness can generally reach less than 10um, and the liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nanometer level. The separating plate is CNC machined by the whole material, which is non-clogging and has a long life and reduces maintenance costs.

The temperature rise is small, and the product is stable

The ingredient barrel is equipped with a double-layer cooling jacket, the barrel is polished with mirror, beautiful and easy to clean, and it is cooled by water during the operation of the equipment, which has a good cooling effect, and the conventional temperature rise is less than 10º.
