WQ-II Cylindrical Bending Tester is used to test the cracking resistance and peeling performance from the substrate when the paint, varnish and related product coatings are bent around the cylindrical axis. This instrument can be used for test panels with a thickness not greater than 1mm, as long as the shaft can not be deformed, it can also be used for thicker soft metals such as aluminum test panels and plastic test panels. For test panels with a thickness greater than 0.5mm, it is recommended to avoid testing with shafts with a diameter less than 10mm.
The curved part is a nylon touch plate, and the position of the round shaft (sleeve) can be adjusted by turning the handle. The curved part can rotate around the copper sleeve, and the middle of the copper sleeve is used to hold various specifications of round shafts. The specifications of 20mm, 25mm and 32mm are round sleeves, which can be set on the 16mm round shaft when in use. To prevent scratching of the coating during bending, a thin piece of paper can be inserted between the test panel and the bent part.
1 piece each of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm round shaft, 1 piece each of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm round sleeve (set on a 16mm round shaft when used)
